Antigone is a rebellious woman and subverts the sterotypes made of women. She acts very strong and is not proper. She also does not keep quite like sterotypes say women should. Antigone stands up for herself and says what she feels. Ismene on the other hand upholds the sterotypes made of women. She acts prim and proper. Ismene also keeps quite and does not say what she feels like the sterotypical woman should. In Anthem The Golden One was more of the sterotypical woman because she went along with whatever Equality said.
